He started PSA after working with professional academies in Kolkata, Gurugram and Delhi under professional coaches.

He is also a management committee member of the top tier Bhutanese Football Club [Phuentsholing Heroes FC] which is playing in [Bhutan Premier League] and also working with NGO in Bodh Gaya which is a Japanese organisation to support Indian poorest families by teaching them football and other activities.
